I really enjoyed the facilities at the EDITION Hotel. When I wanted to relax, I just booked a spa treatment at the hotel. Doris, the receptionist, patiently introduced the spa treatments and helped me fill out the massage preferences. She even reminded me that hotel guests could come down half an hour early to use the sauna or soak in the bath. The two therapists, Lily and Nicole, provided excellent service. They only explained the procedures and asked about pressure without talking too much, which made the experience very comfortable. After the spa, I heard the room being cleaned and was pleasantly surprised to receive a set of Le Labo toiletries. I am very grateful for the wonderful experience and the thoughtful gift.
